The analytical center We Build Ukraine opens applications for a new stage of the project «Зміни Тут: Європа починається з громад»

That is why the analytical center We Build Ukraine is launching applications for a new stage of the project «Зміни Тут: Європа починається з громад» — a practical educational program for community representatives, local CSOs, and active residents who are ready to implement modern European approaches to local development.

The program is designed for those who want to gain practical tools for working with community development, recovery, energy efficiency, spatial planning, and modern urban mobility.

Participants of the project will receive:

🔹 practical online training based on real case studies
🔹 mentorship support from experts and practitioners
🔹 work on their own project solutions for communities
🔹 a professional environment and new partnerships
🔹 an opportunity to present their work to experts and international partners

The training will take place in two stages.

The first stage is an open online course that will run from June 10 to July 31, 2026, and will be available to all registered participants.

After completing the online stage, participants will be able to apply for selection to the second practical module, where teams together with experts will work on developing their own project solutions for communities, receive mentorship support, and prepare their projects for presentation.

Within the practical module, participants will be able to choose one of the following thematic areas for developing their project solutions:

🔹 ecology and sustainable development
🔹 energy efficiency
🔹 spatial planning
🔹 transport and mobility
