Oleksandr Kubrakov and the meeting participants discussed the solutions that have helped Ukraine withstand the full-scale invasion:
digital compensation for destroyed housing;
protection of energy infrastructure;
the resumption of exports through Ukraine’s maritime corridor;
countering cyberattacks.
At the same time, the participants discussed systemic problems that continue to hold back the country’s development. These include complex procedures, lengthy preparation of infrastructure projects, incomplete protection of critical facilities, and a lack of clear conditions for private investment.
They also discussed mistakes that could have been avoided and the systemic changes needed for Ukraine’s further development.
