The goal of the course is to provide communities with the knowledge and skills needed in attracting investment, establishing international partnerships, strategic planning, and managing recovery projects.
Key topics include:
- strategic documents for community development;
- budget legislation, recent changes, and expected reforms;
- local budget control and audit;
- electronic auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system;
- evaluation of land resource use efficiency;
- digital monitoring tools and cadastral systems, among many others.
The course features lectures, hands-on sessions with real-world scenarios, group discussions, and case analyses to promote experience sharing. Interim assessments allow participants to test their knowledge in real time, while a final evaluation helps measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness.
Two phases of the online course have already engaged over 500 participants from all 24 regions of Ukraine.
