The Donor Platform was established to coordinate support for Ukraine’s urgent financial needs and its future economic recovery through various funding sources and instruments. The Platform’s Steering Committee consists of senior officials from Ukraine, G7 countries, and the European Union. The Committee is co-chaired by senior representatives from the United States, the European Commission, and Ukraine — Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine’s Reconstruction and Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development; Mike Pyle, Deputy National Economic Advisor for International Economics from the United States; and Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations from the European Union.
