Our team was tasked with developing an approach to Ukraine’s recovery that would leverage a national system of priorities while relying on high-quality local data and aligning with the strategic vision and priorities of local self-government bodies.
To achieve this, we focused on introducing municipal statistics in Ukraine and laid the groundwork for creating two important planning documents.
The first is a simplified Recovery Plan designed for the communities most affected by the conflict, and the second is the Comprehensive Recovery Program. The latter provides an in-depth analysis of the socio-economic conditions and spatial planning within territorial communities.
