This legislation has contributed to achieving a high level of road safety, reducing the number of accidents and the severity of their consequences. This work was continued at the Ministry of Infrastructure through the implementation of road safety audits and inspections in line with EU requirements, as well as the adoption of a methodology for identifying high-risk road sections and areas with a high concentration of traffic accidents in accordance with EU standards.
