Victoria Voytsitska, an expert in energy and finance with substantial experience in public governance and international business, has joined the Supervisory Board of We Build Ukraine. A Member of Parliament of Ukraine in the 8th convocation, she served as Secretary of the Parliamentary Committee on Fuel and Energy, Nuclear Policy, and Nuclear Safety, where she played an active role in strengthening Ukraine’s energy security.

She holds a degree in banking from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and an MBA in International Finance from Brandeis International Business School (USA). Victoria brings over 20 years of professional experience in finance, auditing, and corporate governance, gained both in Ukraine and abroad, including in leading international companies and institutions.
