We Build Ukraine is launching an anonymous survey for local government representatives on communities’ preparedness for the challenges of the 2026–2027 winter season.
The survey aims to update information on communities’ humanitarian needs at the national level.
Following the survey:
👉 a consolidated report will be prepared and published;
👉 the aggregated findings will be presented to humanitarian and donor organizations;
👉 communities will be able to see the key indicators they can use to assess their own readiness for winter.
❗ IMPORTANT: The survey is completely anonymous. We do not collect community names, officials’ personal data, facility addresses, technical specifications of equipment, protection schemes, resilience plans, or any other sensitive information. No community rankings will be created.
